Global Resources Center merupakan satu aplikasi yang berasaskan web yang dibangunkan untuk tujuan bidang kesihatan. Sistem ini merupakan sebuah perpustakaan kesihatan dunia yang memberi tumpuan kepada negara-negara yang membangun. Sebagai contoh, doktor akan memyimpan semua maklumat berkaitan dengan bidang kepakaran masing-masing di dalam pengkalan data. Pangkalan data ini boleh diakses oleh negara lain dan sekiranya ada negara yang memerlukan kepakaran mereka, mereka akan dihubungi melalui sistem ini untuk dipanggil membantu mengubati sakit pesakit tersebut. Pusat maklumat ini ditadbir oleh Capacity Project dan USAID-funded global project.
